Ordered a Humminbird 597 and a MinnKota Copilot for the family boat at the cabin through Pro Fishing Supply . Installation was easy, got a great price, and once I add in a chip for next year, it'll be a super fishing machine at the home away from home. I took my old man through how to use everything, got the settings dialed in, and he was like a little kid playing with it. He was impressed with the GPS base map and the sonar showing those weedlines so crisply on the 'Bird and he drove us around with the Co-Pilot remote until we told him we needed to get back for dinner.

Now I just need to get my home boat updated and I'll be good to go. For now, I'll keep looking over your HSOforum and making plans.

I've made three purchases through Pro Fishing Supply and have recommended PFS to a bunch of friends that have made purchases. In the end, to me, I like the fact that I can talk to a person and not a corporation or a machine. Dave will take you through anything. That piece of mind is nice to have.
