Bugs and exterminating

The Ant post spurred me to ask you folks your opinion.

I live in a rural area with lots of crops around us. Every year without fail we have thousands of Asian Beatles and some type of black fly that invade us and it takes forever to get rid of them. Its never been to big of an issue because our cabin has always been a 3 season place. In the fall during hunting season as soon as we warmed the place up they would come out but we could deal with it for 2 weekends. In the spring it was the same thing, warm the place up and here they come until they all eventually came out of hibernation or died. We would always just vac all the dead ones up. This has been ongoing for 20 years. Yeah I know we should seal all the cracks to prevent them from getting in but its no feasible right now.

Well this last winter was our first time of staying in our cabin all winter long and the bugs got to be a major pain in the bu-- . All winter long they just kept (literately)coming out of the wood work. I don't plan to put up with it again this winter and wanted to see what you folks think i could do.

My plan is to fog the place in the fall or maybe early winter to kill them. I have a industrial use thermal fogger that we use in our business and would like to use it with an insecticide . This is where Id like your input,Im not sure what to use. If you have ever seen a fogger in use you know why I want to use it, It gets to every crack imaginable. I understand having to keep food items and pets out while doing this and that's not an issue, I just want a product thats going to kill the things and really work.

Any ideas on what I should use?

Like in the other posting TEMPO works great for all those and more. I sprayed my mother-in-laws place in the early fall and had no problem with them that year but that was a few years ago now so I will need to do it again this fall. You can spray it in side to at the right mixes and it is safe. You can buy it at any ag stores or FF will also have it.
