Couple from a walkabout in the yard...

We finally had a warm, sunny day today, so I had to get out and enjoy it at least a little. I haven't been able to get outside to take many photos this spring, not to mention the dreary days putting a damper on any creativity.

This Robin was giving me the stink eye...I was too close to the nest, and was being scolded.

I was pretty bummed when we moved to the home place, and there were no phlox. Our other farmstead had a ton on the edges of the grove. Today, I discovered a patch blooming in our yard!

Here's hoping for more sunny days and chances to work on camera skills!
