Boat storage around the Twin Cities

I'm looking for a place to store the boat during the summer around the Twin Cities. I'm not worried about winter storage as there are tons of places for that. Ideally I would like to store it indoors, but if I had to store it outdoors, I would prefer to have it under one of those portable garages. I worry that parking it outside with a cover on while cause the moisture to start eating away at the floor.

But the standard mini-storage option for indoors looks like it's out since most only have 8 foot widths, which would leave little room backing in today's large beam boats. I found Hanson's Implement and Storage in Maple Grove, and they have some indoor storage so maybe I'll call to see if they have any openings. Or will let me put up an portage garage outside.

I've also considered buying one of the units at the Park Place storage locations, but just wish they were a little bit closer in.

Any other ideas?
