Where are the Geese

Me and a buddy took a drive around the new ulm area today for 2 hours checking out our goose spots and scouting. didnt see one goose in a feild or on 4 differnt big sloughs and 2 lakes. anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Yes I have been experiencing similar results around the Lake Park area west of detroit lakes. A recent 2 hour drive resulted in a whopping 2 small flocks of geese. Oh well getting up early to go lay in a stubble field is still a blast. Besides once the geese start getting shot at they tend to fly all over and they might fly over and take a close look at the business end of Mr. Benelli
