ND license limit

Does anyone know if there is there a number of ND non-resident waterfowl licenses set, or is there no limit to how many they will issue?

No limit on the number of ND non-resident Licenses to be sold. But an individual can only buy one waterfowl license. However, you can buy multiple upland licenses.
