seining minnows?

So, it looks like on page 86 of the 2013 reg book under minnows and leeches, we can now catch our own minnows,, if for personal use on the same body of water.

I like to use emerald shiners because they are a natural forage.

Correct me if I'm wrong about this....

You can use trapped or seined minnows on any lake if they were not taken from waters infested with Eurasian milfoil.

You cannot trap and transport minnows from any body of water infested with any invasive species (Eurasian milfoil, VHS, spiny water flea, etc)
