Mighty layout boat

Anyone in here ever seen a used layout boat 4 sale any where. I'm thinking of trying it this year. But after looking at the prices of new ones $2500 to $4000. Has anyone here ever made their own, I might try that. Could use some ideas. Thanks

If you try it in Minn., keep it partialy concealed by natural vegitation. I think wisc. is legal for open water shooting. It sounds fun!

Yea, I want to try it. We can use them on Lk Superior over here on the Wi. side if were 500 ft from shore.

Thanks Ben, this will get me headed in the right direction. Let me know how you do if you try it. I'm hoping to have one built for this duck season.
