Here's a little info I got from the Norris Camp Newsletter today...Hopefully all the statewide numbers and percentages will be out soon...

Wolf Hunt:

413 wolves were harvested statewide, 285 of those

were taken in the NW zone (see the map below). In

the NW zone, about 30% were taken in the early

hunting season, 15% during late hunting, and 54% by

trapping. 51% of the wolves harvested were

females and 49% were males. The most successful

hunting method was just opportunistic in both the

early and late seasons. But baiting and/or calling

combined accounted for over half of the success in

the late season.
