s/m throttle

my s/m lazer is fairly new, in cold temp
the throttle, does not stick, but returns slowly.any ideas

try this... Throttle handle side up with the auger laying down take a can of WD-40 with the red wand attached and stick in where the steel cable assembly and the plastic casing meet. Spray until you see the penetrating lubricant come out on the other end by the carburator. Work the handle back in forth a few times and it will work like new.
