Warren Bayou- Panama City Area

Hi- Headed to Mexico Beach for Feb and March. Taking waders, anyone have info on wader fishing the warm water canal on Warren Bayou. I know about the catch and release rules there and I do that anyway. Any info on access sites or whatever is much appreciated. Best to all!
