Need info on a different type band ?

I shot a honker sunday that was double banded but they were'nt avise bands. All they say is WPM 23-92 and WPM23-54. I've waited 12 years to get another band so it would be nice to know where it came from Thanks for any info, MNgoose

It sounds like the same goose has been banded in 2 different locations. Contact the DNR and they should be able to send you the info about that goose.

I believe I remember reading about a big study being conducted on the canadas.... I do know that major banding occured in Minnesota this Spring/Summer. I think it was a MN DNR study on "local populations" of ganders.
