nater
I am thinking about buying some waders in the near future and want to make sure I am buying a good brand. I have some that are 4 years old that leak at the crotch! So, its time to start looking. I will get neopreme with insulated boots for sure, but am just wondering who makes some good neopreme waders for a good price. Any help would be great! Thanks a lot. Guest
Another vote for for Cabela's brand. I have had mine for 3 years and still no leaks. I also used these for pulling nets on an aqua culture for an entire fall.Making it through that was a test in itself. Mine are the $120.00 ones (4 mm I believe) and it can be a little chili in November. If you plan to hunt warm weather only the hodgman canvas ones will do just fine. my Neoprenes have lasted me longer. I can only get 1 season out of canvas ones. It pays off to be extra careful with waders. It can be miserable with a wet foot in 35 degree waterMy $.
Long Gray Line
I bought a pair of Cabela's Warrior waders a couple of weeks ago. So far they've been great. They have a tough outer cover that'll resist tearing, a neoprene layer and then a layer of reflective mylar that reflects heat back at you. I got the 400 gram Thinsulate boot version figuring I can just wear thicker socks when it gets colder. Had them out last Sunday morning when it was in the high 20's and did fine. They also have a 1000 gram version. The 400 gram version is on sale for $149 on their web site. Just do a search for "waders" in their search box. The 1000 grams are $199. Guest
My suggestion to you is to go to Wal-mart and pick some nice waders on sale there. Last year I bought a pair of 3.5mm neoprene waders with 400 g thinsulate in advantage wetlans camo for 40 bucks! forget cabelas, they're wat to expensive. Shop around and you'll find some deals.Good Hunting

Guest
I have a Pair of Ducks Unlimited 4mm in Advantage Wetlands camo. These are the best pair of waders I have had yet. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I put them through some thick stuff and they get used a lot. A very quality product to say the least.------------------"Get Whacked" Widgnwhackers Custom Lanyads Pro StaffStrictly Wings Inc.
I Like Worms
if you are in the southern part of the state, stop in at the la cross boot factory outlet store that they have at the factory in la cross. It is just south of I-90 in la cross Wi. You can get great deals there. I got a real nice pair that retails for over $200 for $110.
