What Will Duck Hunting Look Like in the Future.....read

Recommended Posts

Bag Limits:
Bag limits are simplified this year. Two female Coots may be taken or one male Coot and one female Merganser. Hunters who have not taken one day's limit as explained above and after making a sworn statement to that effect in federal court, may apply for the Audobon Permit to kill one four year old Spoonbill. Hunters will be notified when the Spoonbill quota is reached in each flyaway.
Due to the increase in Mallard Ducks in Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, and Sakatchewan, one Mallard duck may be killed on the third day of the season, but hunters must not kill Ontario Mallards. All Ontario Mallards have the slightly jaundiced eyeballs which are readilt observable by watchful hunters. When the legal Mallard is bagged, it must be taken immediatly to the capitol of the state, for proper indentification by conservation crews, who will also supply the picking and cleaning permit. ($2)

Blinds and Clothing:
A blind will consist of three branches from local trees or bushes an may be no larger thatn the hunter's thumb at the first joint. Clubs blinds, must use the thumb of the smallest mumber for the measurement of all blinds. Blinds must be 41.8 yards from the nearest vegetation. All hunting apparel must either be highway yellow or stop light red in color. The official government Keep Em' Flyin' cap with battery operated blinker light on the bill is mandatory and may be pershased at any post office. Hunters are warned that conservation officers may search your belongings for a minimum of 3 batterys for the hat.

Hopefully I won't see the regs get this bad in my lifetime..lol
