A few questions

1. I am 6'5" 250lb will i fit in the Clam Kenai Portable?

I've looked at a few places I found one Kenai that says it weighs 50lbs and one that says weighs 71 (oversized)? What is the difference?

2. Are there any other 1 man flip over houses that are similar or better priced than the Kenai?
