TVs and cold weather?

Do the guys that have TVs in their houses leave them in the fish house when you are not using it? Does the heat / cold cycle affect them? How about when transporting the house down the highway, do you leave the tv on the bracket or take it down?

Thanks

I may be wrong but I would bet most remove them when traveling and take them home when they leave. Guys I know do this. My flat screen comes on alot faster when its warm in my garage. Cant imagine the bouncing and jarring would be good for them if left in while traveling.

I don't know anyone that owns an RV that removes the TV for transport or winter storage. I'm sure there may be a few out there but I would think any ice trailer with decent suspension should be OK. I'd be more concerned about theft with leaving naything valuable in there if you were to leave it out on the ice. I'd take everything out then.

I take mine down when trailering due to it on a swing arm and would be afraid the strain woukd take it's toll in the long run. I dont keep my house un attended on ice for periods of time. If i did i would take it (and everything else) out. Never been really worried about the cold temps.
