Tower/Ely Reports

I am heading up to the Tower area this Friday-Sunday and was wondering if there have been any reports from the area? Any advice would be appreciated.

I haven't been up since the first weekend of October but it was pretty slow then. I flushed two birds walking two different areas on private land. There was still a lot of cover and I also had my 5 and 2 year old with me so that may have ruined some of the potential. i am heading up tomorrow and may get out for a walk friday if it's not raining too much or saturday.

Any updates in the last few weeks? I'm coming up for a few days before thanksgiving to walk around the woods regardless, but it would be nice to know if there's at least a chance to see a few birds.

I was up again the last weekend of October and flushed 5 or 6 and got a couple. We are heading up tonight but I'm not sure if I will get out. My wife is in a wedding in Tower so we have a bunch of that stuff to do.
