snowmobile ban in Elk River

I stopped by my local boat shop to buy a filter for the boat today. Looked down on the counter and a flyer caught my eye. The city of Elk River is going to ban snowmobile and atv use on your own property. Meeting being held Oct 21 at 6:00 at city hall so we call voice our conserns.
