Eagle Lake Parking Question (Maple Grove)

Depends, If I decided to wake up and fish I am going to be there before 5am.

Might be no parking by 7:30am.

The access is in rough shape.

Water is up a lot in the last couple days and all the rain tonight is not helping.

A good portion of the turnaround at the ramp is underwater and the water is rising as I type this.

Bring a pair of sandals and expect to have to put all 4 tires of your vehicle in the lake.

If you see a guy in a 16 ft Crestliner Jon boat with a 40hp merc feel free to stop and say hi.

Wow I think I saw you. I was the guy walking out in the water and offered to hold you boat in place while you were getting your motor going, but then it started up and you took off. Maybe it wasn't you, but the description fits. I hear you on the time. I get out earlier, but when you take out guests, sometimes you just have to compramise. I just wish you would have warned me the pike were not biting. At least not my line.

It is a terrible parking situation. You better be good a parallel parking your boat, people also seem unable to keep their boat/trailor inside the white lines. That being said I still deal with it and fish it a handful of times every year..
