How do you PREDICT you will find the big ones on opening weekend? I know this is a subjective question and there are many variables involved, but I am curious to see some of the strategies that will be in play.

Well there could be some spawners still on mille lacs so i will be checking some shallow areas for beds. Otherwise ill be hitting some of the edges of the rock areas on the south east side slow draggin a tube or creature bait. Hopefully the fish arent in their post-spawn funk.
