Bluebird question

I have a pair of bluebirds nesting in one of my boxes. Its the first time I have had a pair. I believe the 5 little ones hatched about 2-3 weeks ago, but I'm not quite sure. Anyway, I was walking by the box yesterday and my dog bumped the post. All 5 babies flew out and went different directions. One of them couldn't fly real well. My question is will the fledglings survive if they were scared from the box too early? Will the parents find all of the little ones to keep feeding them? The parents kept coming back to the box, but stopped after an hour or so. Thanks!

I have a baby morning dove that is hanging out in my front yard landscaping for the last week or more. I see an adult come down to give it some milk every once in a while. Don't know about bluebirds, but if they are far enough along I have seen parent take care of fledglings on the ground until they can fly. Be careful if you find a red-winged blackbird on the ground. Those parents are like soccer moms wink
