Fish weight.....muskie vs pike?

I realize that weight varies greatly between 2 muskies of the same length as well as 2 pike of the same length, however I was wondering if there is also a difference between the two species. For example, if you were to catch a muskie and a pike both 42 inches, are they weights going to be similar? Would it be like comparing two 42" muskies to each other, or would it be entirely different?

I would say on avarage muskies have a larger girth than pike of the same length. So, on average, a muskie would weigh more than a pike of the same length.
