Does anybody know if it is possible to hook up a LX3tc to a Vexilar Fish Scout Double Vision without Sonar? Always wanted a camera. I know some people will find it dumb to cross use of both brands but Marcum cameras are overpriced. Thanks!!

Overpriced? This Vexilar double vision retails on their site for $560-$670. The Marcum 825 and 625 models can be had for the similiar pricing and they use the super had CCD II cameras which are more advanced. But if your all for the Vexilar double vision I guess go for it.

Im sure you can mount the Marcum some how (i've seen Marcums mounted on Vex kits) but it will not adapt properly to all the cables so you'll have to figure a way to get everything connected to its own power source.

Yeah that's what I was thinking as well. I have been eyeing these for a while and came across Gander's price this morning and thought it was an error as well. But if its posted at that price, I am sure we can get it at that price lol.

And if it works with my LX3tc, that would even be sweeter!!!
