Tiger's on the St. croix

Well, was fishing for white bass at the A.S King discharge and caught my second tiger from there. Real pretty fish, better looking than a regular. Took some pics and off he/she went.
Does the WDNR or MDNR stock these or are they natural?

Its pretty rare for a tiger to be natural, but possible. More likely it was stocked found its way from a stocked lake into the river.
