walleyewacker
I am new to muskie fishing and muskies in general. I had a custom rod just built and am planning on hunting these fish a good deal. I am planning a trip to mille lacs this weekend for the first real try at it and I would like any advice. Because I have been around fishing so long I have a decent amount of knowledge and gameplan. What are some things to look for in spots and equipment? One question I have is what size and type of line is the best. Probably going with a braid for line. Guest
I fish Mille Lacs one weekend in the winter a year, so I am of no help for spots.I use 80 pound TuffLine on both set ups. Go back a page or two to the end of June, there was a lot of discussion about line for your reels.Good luck,Rob
