Fish house on wheels (permanent)

8ft x 8ft fishouse / shelter, wood frame and insulated, 4 holes, sitting on steel frame with retractable wheels. It has a propane furnace installed but I never used it, I always used a sunflower heater.

Retractable wheel setup is not the best in the world, in fact it will need fixed since appears weak to me. I had this house for few years and used it only once, and traveled only 2 miles to lake Mazaska.

I suggest towing it for few miles only, otherwise have it trailered, it has no lights, safety chains, etc. and it's wider than legally allowed (8ft), you are warned.

Tires are good, no cracks and hold air, bearings should be fine.
