SM Tecumseh carb 640231

Anyone know of a replacement carb for TEC-640231 thats on a TC300 that strike master put on their Mag 2000. Would like to get away of the california emmission carb.....and be able to set high and low....not just idle

Those engines and carbs are pretty common, you may be able to order a replacement non-emissions carb for some other aplication. Or get ahold of a small engine shop and they may have one or can look one up for you. you would have to make sure the same size jet is in the new one.

Is there a reason you need low and high adjustment?
