life=outdoors92
finally heard from a few buddies that are down there that the birds are in. not big numbers (still have a way to go!) but theres enough to fill up the skies during the feeding flights. todays NW wind and tomorrows N cold, blustery wind should bring a few more 15-20 pounders down! life=outdoors92
each year we seem to clunk a 15-20 pounder or two down there! i've shot 15s in Northwest MN too.
carpshooterdeluxe
A 15 lb goose would have won you $800 worth of dropzone custom canada fullbodies a year or two ago on the refuge forums. Heck, most swans don't even tip 15 lbs.

A 20 pound Goose are you serious? No way this happened.15 pounds is huge, highly unlikely you shot multiple 15 pounders a year.
