If you have a limit to cook up, my sharptail fajitas recipe is great for woodcock. Slice the breasts into thin strips. Flash fry them, being sure not to overcook. Add sliced onions and peppers and fry until tender. Put on tortillas with shredded taco cheese, hot sauce, sour cream... yummy!

If you only have a couple, wrap in bacon, sprinkle with Lawry's, toss on the grill. Also good for kebobs.
