Hey I have a LW sit and climb, I do like it but I am thinking it would be nice to make a few modifications to it?

I want to get a bigger bar across the front (like on the wide) and I have heard of some people adding to the "teeth" of the stand to bring it out a little bit from the tree.

Has anyone done any thing like this to thier LW's?

One question I have for you guys...I bought this stand because of all the great reviews...I find the seat very uncomfortable, maybe I'm doing it wrong. I adjusted all 6 straps and I find it still slides around too much on the railings and then I only get half my rear end in, and I'm no wide load either, average build. Am I doing something wrong? Everyone writes about this stand that they could fall asleep in it.
