Floor Plan.......and the rest of the plan

Any suggestions? I am trying to keep the floor open, but plan to have the furnace in the cupboard under the stove I think. Pretty sure I am gonna order a forced air style and have a vent coming out each side of the cupboard. I plan to have the two benches as storage/battery and am going to put some smaller cupboards along the ceiling and have all walls but one in cedar tounge and groove and and the other I was thinking of using that Fish-o-flague camo material. Also still debating on using flat sheets of painted aluminum or going with the steel pole barn siding that has a slight raise in the metal in places, or just a nice stained cedar outside with diamondplate around the bottom. Also I had a bunch of extruded polystyrene to use for insulation, will this give me condenstion issues? Suggestions are appreciated Thanks Pics to follow Smeese
