Resident riding non resident ATV

My brother and some associates are coming to MN to ride some ATVs. My ATV isn't working right so they offered to let me borrow one of theirs. Here is the problem: I am a MN resident. They are from WI. All ATVs are registered in WI. They all purchased non resident trail passes. Do I need a non resident trail pass to ride a WI registered ATV even if I'm a MN resident? I cannot find this info on the DNR HSOforum.
