Under Armour Full Throttle Parka

Does anyone own one of these? They have them for sale in the winter parka section at a fine northern MN sporting goods store, and I was wondering about the warmth. They look like awesome jackets and they are very thin and light, just wondering if they stand up to the brutal chill of Northern MN. I often fish in temps of -20. They are waterproof and windproof, but that doesn't mean much if you are freezing.

Any other suggestions?

All the reviews I've read about it talk about using it as a rain coat.

What are they about $250? I'd save some money and spend $200 on AA. And float. My AA is super warm.
