getting started?

hey id would like to drop all this fly fishing nonsense and go home with some slab crappies how should i get started?equipment and stuff like that

I use a 7 ft Microlite spinning rod with 2 or 4 # line. tube jigs or Flu Flu's sometimes tiped with minnows. then there is always a slip bobber set up. I like the Gapen 6 in crappie bobbers and a red Gamakatsu hook with a minnow for this. Look to the deep weed edge this time of yoar and somthing should swing by.
