Guest Posted April 10, 2002 Share Posted April 10, 2002 Well when the ice is off the bay you don't have to wait long. Especially on a nice sunny, calm day. That shallow water really heats up and it doesn't take long to bring them in. If you are close I would go try a couple casts in the afternoon each day, that way you will know when they come in.I say afternoon because you want to give the sun a chance to warm the water.
