Guest
Any one arount the blaine area with a spot I can take my 3 year old little girl for sunnies. A few we can keep would be great, taught her how to cast in the garage this winter as I was doing some new cabinets for the garage and house. Any close info would be great. If you want to keep it private post your e-mail and I will send a response.ThanksBroncosguy
Guest
check the dnr site. they stock 'childrens' ponds every year. think there's one at the sports center, also champlin mill pond. usually good sized sunnies and crappies. coon lake (the channel just north of the access) might be worth a try - although it might be a bit shallow this year. and those usually run on the small side.GTE
SpikeRoberts
Bronco,Not trying to be a HSOforum schill or anything, but I just received my copy of the Twin Cities Fishing Guide today and it looks like it will be extremely useful for finding shore spots and places to bring the kids. Might be worth the $15 investment.
Guest
I actually do have the Twin City fishing guide. But when you go and shore fish with a 3 year old with a short attention span it better be busy fast or you might as well not even go I have heard. Thanks for the advice though. I will go look at the DNR site and also consult my book on where to take her that is close.
