Took my two sons (11 & 7) and a family friend out to Chamberlain on Sunday. Stopped @ Hillside and purchased 5 dozen crawlers b/c we didn't want to run out.

Put in @ Cedar Shore and drove all the way up to the dam. Did not see a single boat between Chamberlain and the dam. There were approx a dozen boats up by the dam. Most were fishing along the east side directly south of the stilling basin area (?). We decided to fish along the west bluffs.

I think regardless of which spot you fish, a lot of fish were caught. We worked south 1/3 to 1/2 mile tops. Had our limit of fish in two hours. Smallest we kept was 15.5" and the biggest was 18.5".

We went through 5 dozen crawlers smile This will be a trip my boys will be talking about for a long time!!
