So Far This Season When Using Twisters For Crappie Or Walleye .. I Will Pinch Off 3 - 4 Of The Rings Then Put It On Jig Head.. I Think This Permits Less Bouyancy ( Twister Rising To Top ) While Retrieved .. Especially When Using Small Jig Heads.. I also Like To Make Sure The Twister Tail Is In The Down Position .. I Think It Twists And Spins More .. Of Course Adding Split Shot Works Too .. So Whatever .. That's My " Lil " Tidbit I Do..
