trip question

I'm sure it's been discussed, but it might be a good topic to bring back up.

I just purchased my first canoe this year and would love to do a short 4-6 hour trip on the St. Croix or other river trip with my sons. We enjoy fishing along the way. We have been down the Cannon a few times last year in a rental that brought us back and we have hit a lot of small lakes this year.

What kind of services can a guy get a ride back to our truck? I wouldn't mind partnering up with someone else too, it just gets tough to coordinate.

Anyone have a list? or can we start one?

This sounds like fun. I also have a canoe and have thought it would be fun to toodle down the St. Croix but navigating the return trip sounds a pain. I am not all that familiar with the St. Croix flow, and how far you could expect to get in 4 hours. Are there launch spots you were thinking of?
