Got back from fishing this afternoon. Fished Big Sandy lake on Sat with four crappies, the largest 1 1/2. Negative bite. Went to Winnie Sun morning, and got some nice perch and walleyes in 23' just out of Moxe's hole.
Went back to the same setup early Mon morning and caught some small walleyes and perch. A big cold front was looming in as we got to the spot. It didn't take long for the fish to lock up. We could see them, but would not bite even with the smallest of offerings. Around noon we cashed it in. Also, spent a hour on the wheeler sonaring the whole area and found some fishable blips, but no taker's.Will be up to Millacs this week and will report back. Always Searchin"
