Best Crappie Lakes in Northome, MN area

Any of you guys familiar with a Pimushe Lake south of BlackDuck Lake. I've heard good things about the panfishing. I'm looking for some lakes that would be keep us busy while we're up on our fishing trip. If you guys have any favorite lakes in the area give me a some names and what made them a destination point.

Pimushe can be tough to fish. I would try North twin if I were you. Walleyes, crappies, sunnies, and of course northerns in there, but the fish usually cooperate.

The folks at the Drake Motel are pretty intune with the hot bites and good lakes for pannies. Try giving them a call. Obviously it helps to stay with them but you could pick up the phone and try them.
