I'm going to bite the bullet and buy a MinnKota 3-bank charger. I know I'll need more wire than what comes with the charger so am wondering what gauge to buy. While I'm at it, I'm also going to string a new dedicated wire for my Lowrance 332LMS. Again, what gauge is best? Preferably I'm hoping to buy one size that'll do both jobs, but won't if it isn't recommended. As always, thanks for the advice.

Not sure about the battery charger, but I usually use 14 or 16 guage multi strand wire for sonars and GPSs. That is way too small for an onboard battery charger.
