Winnibigoshish walleyes and northerns

First time on this site and I think it's great! I'm planning a trip to Winnie the 18th-22nd of Sep, (normally go farther north this time of year but my wife is expecting our first child next month and I need to stay somewhat close). I would appreciate any info on both walleyes and northerns. It sounds like the lake has turned over so the eyes should be in shallow water? I will be in the Cut Foot Sioux area. Do perch colored plugs and spoons work best for northerns? Thanks for the help!

I'll be up there in that area on the 29th - 6th. Last year we did good in the area. Fished shallow with lindy rigs.
