Alphamar the Dragon

Here are some pics of a new theme based rod I doing for my self.

It’s based off of the new Abu Garcia Alphamar reel and the Dragon Scale Wrap.

The Dragon Scale Wrap was recently invented by Jim Trelikes of CA.

The wrap is incorporated in to the but wrap as well as the handle.

Man, that reel and reel seat do tie nice together! What did you use under the handle to get the dragon effect? Regular string or maybe small rope?

1/16" cord over 1/8" cord.

The wrap is "A" over "D"

Sure is unique!! Not seen anything like that one before. Pretty darn cool.
