Leeches in September?

Heading up to Mille Lacs the 2nd week of September. Just wondering when they stop selling leeches. I might have to load up on crawlers. Thanks for responding

It is nearly impossible to get live leeches in the fall & winter months.

They can be hard to get but if you plan and take some effort the can be gotten ahead of time and kept until wanted.

You will be able to get leeches at Swanson's Bait in Hackensack at that time. Although, they may be out at that time. If you know you will be up there at that time, call Jim and tell him to hold a pound for you and he will. He always has quality leeches to go with your Wobbler Floaters. Good Luck to you.
