[The Grebe]

First off, get yourself a lake map, from the DNR site. You will see that the lake is pretty shallow for the most part, but oh, what a fish factory!

There is a hole out toward the middle about 15 feet...if you can locate it, try it. Off the mid lake point, on the east side is another are to try, it drops down to about 13 feet. The area along the N.W. shore line, stays at about 10 feet pretty close to shore and this area is worth a look. Those 3 spots should keep you busy.

Get there early, cause the landing fills up quick on the week-end.

Been catching walleyes on minnows, most are small, 8" - 10". People are fishing crappies from shore beneath the dam on the south end.

Grebe, "Fish Factory"? I wouldn't say that, can be good action at times, but mostly average.

HAS ANYONE FISHED THIS LAKE UP BY MORA LATELY? I WILL BE THERE ONE DAY ONLY AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE WOULD OFFER UP SOME HOT SPOTS FOR CRAPPIES OR WALLEYES? THANKS.
