you just need to play with your settings. I know my HTC windows phone has awesome settings for saving battery

The Incredible comes with an 1100 or 1200 (can't remember) MAH battery. You can buy up to a 3500 MAH battery on the auction site, but I am not paying extra for more battery life. Alot of people have done the root process on their Incredibles, but I am not going to hack my phone either just for a better battery life. I am just going to learn to live with it. I haven't screwed around with phone too much today and that has made a difference.
