Marcum Problem!!!!!

in an earlier post i stated that mine did the same thing and i gave it to my bro-inlaw and he sent it to marcum to get fixed, he got it back the other day and they replaced transducer and it works like new, mine is about 8 years old so no warrenty but a new ducer is $80 and you send it to them and they fixed it for $60.

I finally had the chance to take my flasher to Marcum to fix. OMG!!! I left very satisfied. They did a great job, best customer service ever. You won't believe it until you experienced it yourself. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I told him I didn't have my receipt (which he didnt even ask for). I said I just bought it at FF in November of 2010. He knew what sale I was talking about. I told him about the bottem bouncing when we used it after a full charge the day after the fishapalooza. I also told him about the flasher not reading the bottem. He turned it on and saw right away that something was not right with the lines. He took it up to his techy guy, came back down later and said that the motor was broken. He replaced the motor, found out the screen was also broken (which I didn't even know)because I had a marcnifier protecting it and they replaced the screen too. Lastly, the gray case was replaced because the zipper broke when I tried to put it on the flasher. I didn't mention it because it wasn't important, but they replaced it anyways. ALL UNDER WARRENTY AT NO COST. GREAT SERVICE!!! THANKS MARCUM!!!
