air conditioner for fish house

I have a new Ice castle and wondering if anyone has an idea for an air conditioner. I know you can put them in the roof but would like to go a different route. I have found some smaller window units that would fit, but am wondering if there are any good ideas out there. Thanks

why would you need a air conditioner in the winter. just get a heater. if the ice house has plug ins get a electric heater.

Robert, chances are he is looking to use the ice castle in the summer for some camping/lodging purposes which is a pretty common thing for guys to do in MN with nice ice houses

Nite Bite, my only concern with a window unit would be you would probably have to remove it whenever you move the ice house, and those things are kind of a pain to put in and out of the window. if that isn't a big issue for you, I'd think the window unit would be your best bet if you don't want to stick one on the roof.

Google "portable air conditioner". A floor unit like that might be easier to work with than a window unit if you've got the floor space available.

You maybe could build a small table to put it under in order to mitigate the space loss.

Just perminent mount the air conditioner in the back wall, during the winter you buy one of those covers to go over it.
