Well, I'll make this story short and sweet. Bought used upgraded marcum lx3 last year from one of the founders of Marcum. My Marcum took [PoorWordUsage] on me this year, sent to Marcum for repairs fully willing to pay necessary costs, 3 days later get fully functional unit back and NO bill!!! Thanks again Marcum!! And this is peak season.

That's a pretty sweet deal. It sounds like Marcum has gotten their customer service game back to pre-Nature Vision levels? I know Versa was buried for a period getting everything that oozed from the transactional period on the up and up.. eek

I've had pretty good luck with product support. I'm calling again on Tuesday just to make sure though.. grin
